History:

USYBB was founded 07/14/2016 by several coaches and former coaches. USYBB is in it's 1st season

Mission Statement:

We are the CAN DO organization!

Goals:

Our goal is, without exception, to be the most team, coach, fan, and player friendly organization in the Nation and to also provide only top quality officials at every event.

Purpose:

Our purpose is to hold only the highest quality events by focusing on what is in the best interest of our teams and players.

Team Classification:

Teams are classified as either "OPEN", "Major", "Minor", "Rookie", or "Rec"! While the area director can lock in a classification to stop a team from being reclassified, the classification will be done by our power rating system. Teams that have a power rating above 799 will be classified as "Open". Teams with power ratings between 599 and 800 will be classified as "Major", between 399 and 600 are classified as "Minor", between 199 and 400 are classified as "Rookies" and below 200 are classified as "Rec"

Tournaments:

All Tournaments must be posted on the United States Youth Baseball Association web site.

All United States Youth Baseball Association tournaments will be classified as either "OPEN", "Major", "Minor", "Rookie", or "REC"

United States Youth Baseball Association DOES NOT ALLOW TEAMS TO PLAY DOWN IN CLASSIFICATION

Points:

All teams earn points for participating in USYBB Events. NIT'S are double points events Regional qualifiers and State Tournaments are triple points events with NITS counting as 2 events and Regional Qualifiers and State tournaments counting as 3 events. National Events and the World Series will count as 4 events. Points are earned as follows

If your team holds an event, there will be no other United States Youth Baseball Association Tournaments with the same age groups and classifications located within 75 miles of your event.
